My name’s Fran Tamse. I’m a Filipino artist and photographer specializing in creative still life and portraiture, often collaborating with artists on concept-driven sets. My background is rooted in fine art, so I’m particularly drawn to projects that require thoughtful composition and strong visual storytelling.
I received an MFA from the Royal College of Art, UK, and her BFA at The School of Visual Arts in NYC.
Selected clients include Nike, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, LA Times, and SF Chronicle.
Some works have been featured in Dear Dave Magazine, Vogue Italia, 1Granary, and Printed Matter.
When I’m not photographing, I enjoy looking through various collections and archives and listening to acid house.
